The heart of Unnata Yoga is its aerial yoga teacher training programs (levels 1, 2, 3). Additionally, workshops, immersions, and events are frequently offered in a variety of yoga forms, available to any student experience level.
Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere.

Level 2 Focus:
Learn how to practice and teach more advanced Unnata Aerial Yoga classes. The course helps you develop more skill and better understanding of aerial yoga in 4 different directions: strength, flexibility, coordination/endurance, and subtlety. Learn over 70 new positions, how to transition between positions while remaining in the air, and better alignment through specific breathing and focusing techniques.
Level 3 Focus:
Within any healthy organization, the sum is greater than its parts. Learn how to draw on your own creativity for practicing and teaching Unnata Aerial Yoga, while staying connected to the larger community of Unnata Aerial Yoga teachers, so that you can also benefit from the ingenuity and intelligence of others.

We always learn something new the second time we take a course, and in addition, the Level 1 Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is revised and improved every year. Teachers can benefit by revisiting the roots of their education through free observation of the Level 1 teacher training. Prefer not to be on the sidelines?
