Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This training occurs over two 4-day weekends, both of which are required attendance in order to receive certification. Additionally, several hours of online study and homework will be necessary to prepare for the in-person portions. Specific tasks will be assigned and must be completed before the first long weekend, and other tasks will be assigned and must be completed before the second long weekend.

Curriculum/Schedule:
Before July 16: approximately 5 hours of necessary online study and homework
July 16-19: 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour lunch breaks
Between July 20 and August 26: approximately 7 hours of necessary online study and homework
August 27-28: 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour lunch breaks
August 29: 9:00am – 6:00pm, with 1 hour lunch break
August 30: practice classes and tests, exact hours TBD, partial day
This course qualifies for a minimum 65 hours of continuing education if you are a member of YogaAlliance.org, and a Level 1 certification with the American Yoga Council.

Tuition Prices
All tuition prices are listed in US dollars.
$1200 for yoga teachers who are employed by Unnata licensed members or, $1560 early-bird tuition (if paid in full by June 25, 2026) or, $1735
Spaces are limited; $400 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a place.
All course materials and post-graduation support are included in the above tuition price. Lunch/dinner/lodging not included.

Michelle Dortignac, founder of Unnata® Aerial Yoga, is credited with developing the entire genre of aerial yoga. She is a YA E-RYT 500, AYC Level 3 certified Yoga instructor of close to three decades, while during a large portion of those years also being a professional aerial acrobatics performer. Her most influential Yoga teachers include Dharma Mittra, Alan Finger, Cyndi Lee, Susan Braham and Nishit Patel.
Since its inception in 2006, Unnata Aerial Yoga led the growth of popularity and the continued development of aerial yoga. Today the Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program is world renowned for its high standards, high-quality training. Participants receive large amounts of personalized instruction, and graduates receive a great amount of continuing support.
